WPWriter is operated by YLabs. These are the third parties that may process personal data on our behalf when you use WPWriter. For how this is governed, see our Data Processing Agreement.

Not subprocessors:

  • AI assistants you connect yourself (for example Claude or ChatGPT using the WPWriter connector). You engage their providers directly under your own agreement with them.
  • AI provider keys you add yourself. When you use your own API keys, that AI provider acts under your agreement with them.
  • Sign-in and accounts you connect yourself. If you sign in with Google, Facebook or GitHub, or connect Google Search Console, Google, Meta and GitHub act as independent controllers under their own terms.
  • Google Ads. Our website uses a Google Ads conversion tag. Google acts as an independent controller for it under the Google Ads Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms.
