Removing WP when it isn't in Control Panel
ZDTips tip: The Corel WordPerfect Suite doesn't always show up in the list of applications in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. Why? Because Add/Remove Programs is linked to the file, remove.exe, which must be found on the hard drive. Since remove.exe isn't copied over to your hard drive during a standard installation, you're likely to run into this problem. First, insert the Corel CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive. Choose Start, Find, Files or Folders. Type remove.exe in the Named field, select the CD-ROM drive letter from the Look in drop-down list, then choose Find Now. When the search is complete, double-click remove.exe, then follow the prompts to remove the Corel Suite applications.
